How to shop with Kool Fun Toys - 4 Easy Steps
1) To purchase from the Kool Fun Toys website, simply click on
the "Add To Cart" buttons next to the products you wish to purchase. You will be
taken to our Shopping Cart screen and the item will be added to your shopping
cart list. You will need to be registered on our site to view your orders
obviously we also need to know who you are and where you live to be able to send
you your order.
2) You can click on the Kool Fun logo to return to the page
where you were and add more items to your cart. At any stage you can return to
your shopping cart by either selecting another item to purchase or clicking on
the My Cart link on the top of your screen.
3) Within the shopping cart you can you can modify the
quantities you want to purchase of each. To remove an item from the cart, simply
click the X next to the item on the right hand side.
4) At any point in the shopping process you can purchase the
items currently in your shopping cart by clicking the Click to Checkout
button on the shopping cart page. You will then be taken to a page where you can
enter your credit card details and shipping address.
Please note that transactions will appear on your credit card statement as being
charged from SecurePay.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Shopping Cart Security
Kool Fun Toys protects your information during transmission by using Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) software that encrypts the information you input. For
visual verification you will see the lock icon in your browser
window when you are in the shopping cart and checkout areas of the site.
Postage and Freight charges
Postage within Australia is via Australia Post Parcel Post. Purchases under
$100.00 incur a freight fee of $8.00 Australia-wide. Purchases over $100.00 will
not incur a freight charge.
All orders received through the website will be processed by the end of the next
working day. When we receive your order we will confirm receipt via a
confirmatory email within 1 working day of us receiving the order. Your products
will usually be dispatched to you via Australia Post by the close of business
the day after receiving the order. Then the usual Australia Post parcel post
delivery schedule for your area applies, all deliveries are done on a trackable
receipted basis. We will be able to track the progress of your delivery via our
local Australia Post customer service office.
Return Policy
All products are checked before dispatch, however should your purchase prove to
be defective on arrival, please contact us within 7 days at
onlinesales@koolfuntoys.com.au and we will promptly arrange an exchange.
Please include your invoice number in all correspondence.
Any returned item found to be tampered with after it's arrival resulting in
damage and/or missing parts and not in its received condition cannot be
replaced.
Use of this website by Children
Kool Fun Toys does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's
products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Kool Fun
Toys.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Kool Fun Toys will
not be held responsible for misuse of a credit card by a minor.
